Cancellations and Returns
- Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the shipment date you were provided at the time of order acceptance.
- Returns are accepted up to 30 days after your invoice date, but you must request an RMA. (request RMA here)
- Items returned without an RMA clearly displayed on the face of the package as well as both sides and bottom of the package will be refused
- Damaged/defective items are not subject to a restocking fee as long as an RMA has been issued
- If returned items are found not to be defective or damaged and have an RMA, a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from any invoice refund.

HEAT, Inc. accepts orders from all countries and can ship anywhere served by UPS or other acceptable carriers.
Payment must be made in US dollars, converted from your currency at the date of shipment.

- Minimum Order: $35.00
- Terms: ½% 10, Net 30 date of invoice
- Shipping: FOB Enon, Ohio, USA. We ship via UPS unless otherwise requested. Alternate shippers available upon request
- Freight Collect - a $3.00/box fee will be applied to your invoice
- Drop Shipments available upon request, additional freight charges may apply

HEAT, Inc. warrants that all products provided by our company are free of any material and/or workmanship defects for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of delivery. The signed carrier receipt of delivery shall be considered the official date of delivery. HEAT, Inc.'s sole responsibility shall be replacement (including any standard shipping costs) of any product deemed to be defective after evaluation of the properly returned and authorized product(s). All products sold by HEAT, Inc., after receipt and inspection by the customer, are assumed to have been inspected and tested products prior to use or resale. HEAT, Inc,. DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSES WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS BEING SOLD. CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A BREACH OF ANY APPLICABLE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
